Developers’ note: This was an unintended change with Patch 7.3.5.

Fixed a bug that allowed players to trade Personal Loot items that should not have been tradeable due to the character having no more-powerful item for that slot.

All summoned creatures including Risen Shadowcasters and Fetid Troll Corpses should now properly scale with the player's level.

Arcane Blitz cast by enemies such as Risen Arcanist now increases damage done by 35% (was 50%).

Eredar Chaosbringers’ Brand of the Legion now increases Haste and damage by 25% (was 30%).

Fixed a bug that prevented the Highmountain Tauren racial Rugged Tenacity from reducing incoming damage as intended.

Argus' health reduced by 3% in Mythic Difficulty.

Sargeras' Rage and Fear damage reduced by 15%.

The Mage Tower on the Broken Shore is now permanently built, and will remain accessible through the remainder of Patch 7.3.5.
